Don't delay! Our trips often sell out well in advance. Unlike open booking on cruise ships, which handle tens of thousands of passengers, we can accept only a small, select group. Don't be disappointed!

We will send you a confirmation packet which will include a letter of receipt of your tour deposit, confirmation of your tour dates and forms we need signed and returned.

Your tour balance is due 90 days prior to your tour's departure date. We will contact you for payment by check or credit card. Ask about our free payment plan.

About a month before your tour departs, we'll send you a welcome kit with your hotel list, tour member roster and any last-minute reminders.
