rustling the green leaves of olive trees.

Pristine waters everywhere.

Journey Out Experience
Santorini Wines
The handful of unusual local grape
varieties on Santorini have made the art
of winemaking a feature of local life on
the island for over 170 years. Wine was
once made underground at night on
Santorini, but modern technology has
allowed one winemaker to open up their
impressive 300-metre cave six meters
underground to relate the history and
peculiarities of the winemaker’s art on
this island. On your tour of the
vineyard you will not only learn how the
art of winemaking was brought to
Santorini by monks, but also complete
your visit with a tasting of the
remarkably delicious wines of Santorini.

Santorini to Mykonos |
|
|
Morning and Afternoon |
|
This morning we transfer
to Mykonos on high-speed hydrofoil, zipping along just inches above the
water. On arrival, you'll settle into your hotel and have some time to
explore. The postcards don’t lie. Mykonos is almost too beautiful to be
true. The houses, shops, churches, restaurants and windmills are
immaculately whitewashed, with door frames and window shutters highlighted
with splashes of sky blue and jade green. |
|
|
Evening |
|
Tonight
we party on the beach with
stuffed vine leaves, silver
snapper and exotic green salads,
plus
Mykonian specialties, such as
kopanisti (salted white cheese), soumada (fermented almond
cordial), amygdalota (almond confectionery) and ouzo (aniseed
spirits).

Worship the gods! |
|
|
Morning, Afternoon and
Evening |
|
Today you'll have plenty of free time to explore Mykonos and worship Greek
gods. No visit is complete without paying homage to Hermes, the Greek god of
commerce. Mykonos is paradise for shopaholics. And so chic! What other
teeny-weeny island with drain-pipe-width streets and shoe-box-sized shops
can boast such a huge array of designer stores, ranging from DKNY to Gant
and Christian Lacroix? Mykonos is also famous for exquisite jewelry and high
quality reproductions of Greek religious icons and archaeological relics
such as plates, vases, statues and mosaics. |

|
Sunbathing with the Mykonos gods! |
|
|
Morning, Afternoon and
Evening
|
|
There are three main beaches, each with gay and nude sections: Paradise,
Super Paradise and Elia. Tucked into small coves and protected
by rocky headlands, these crescent-shaped strips of sand are lined with
trees and dotted with thatched sunshades. Small bars and restaurants
overlook the turquoise-colored sea. From early evening onwards, the bars
turn up the volume and become open-air dance clubs, packed with partygoers
nearly all night long. |

Journey Out Experience
Bare Bear Beach Party
You’ll get off the beaten path to relax
and romp with your fellow bears as we
spend the day at one of Mykonos’ largest
pristine beaches. We will frolic with
the natives and take in the beautiful,
breath-taking sights. You can even bare
all, since nude bathing is allowed. This
is your time to leave your cares behind
and bask in a secluded island escape!
|
|

Sunday |
|
Throw your cares away! |
|
|
Morning, Afternoon and
Evening |
|
Today you have plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, shopping or adopt the
the Greek philosophy celebrating the beauty of doing nothing at all. |

|
Mykonos to Athens |
|
|
Morning
|
|
This morning we make an early departure by hydrofoil to Athens, the home of
Greek history and Greece's capital. After your arrival, you'll have time to
settle into your hotel. |
|
|
Afternoon
|
|
This afternoon we'll enjoy a visit to the Acropolis with a local expert. The
Acropolis, called the "Sacred Rock" of Athens, is the most important site of
the city. Here ancient Greek civilization was represented in an ideal way on
the hill and some of the architectural masterpieces of the period were
erected on its ground, including the Parthenon. |
|
|
Evening |
|
Tonight we party the Greek way, with a visit to the Plaka (like a village
within the city) and a farewell dinner with music and celebratory throwing
of plates. This will be a night to remember! |
